"Make a Rug in a Day"
Peg Loom Weaving
Join Ragged Life for a fun-filled day of peg loom weaving and create your very own handwoven rug to take home! Perfect for beginners, this workshop teaches you the basics of weaving in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Choose your own colour scheme from our stunning range of woollen blanket yarn and have fun experimenting with patterns to craft a one-of-a-kind rug. With expert guidance, plenty of tea, and a great atmosphere, you’ll leave with an approx 100 x 60cm rug and the skills to keep weaving at home. All materials provided. £80

Rag Rug making
In this relaxed and creative beginners’ class, you will learn the traditional shaggy, short shaggy and loopy techniques of rag rugging into hessian, whilst making a project of your choice, (rug / cushion / everlasting flower bouquet/ tote bag)
Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to rummage in our treasure trove of fabrics and experiment with a wide range of different textures and colourways.
It’s a perfect day spent with like-minded crafters, all in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. £80
