Entertain the children and family with a workshop at Creative Space Bristol!
We have a changing selection of creative classes and clubs throughout the year including fused glass, crochet, machine sewing, embroidery, Chinese Decorative Arts & printmaking, all for under 18's. We also run regular woodworking classes for pre-school children throughout the month.

Pre-school woodworking
A fun, hands-on workshop for children aged 3–5 years to learn woodworking skills in a safe and nurturing environment with tutor Ben Everard. An opportunity for parent and child to make a train or a plant pot and learn to use hammer and screwdriver. £15 per child.

learn to embroider
Join Lizzie in this friendly 3-hour workshop in Bristol and discover the mindful magic of embroidery. Lizzie will guide you through 7 essential stitches, giving your creative projects a beautiful boost of texture and detail. All materials are provided – simply come along and learn a new skill that's both rewarding and wonderfully calming. Suitable for adults and children from 10 yrs. £30

Children's Suncatcher
Create a mosaic style fused glass sun catcher (10cm) using a variety of pre-cut glass and accessories in array of beautiful colours. There are plenty of templates to choose from or you can design your own panel.
If you wish to join your child and make a piece too, you are very welcome but please be aware that you will only have access to limited glass due to the workshop being suitable for children. From 7 yrs+

intermediate embroidery
Join Lizzie in a 3 hour Intermediate Embroidery Workshop, designed for those who have a grasp of the basics and are looking to expand their stitch repertoire. This workshop is the perfect next step, building on the fundamental stitches you've already learned. You will discover how to transform and develop stitches like the back stitch and stem stitch into more intricate and beautiful designs. In this mindful and creative session, you will master 6 new stitches, adding depth and texture to your future projects. £30

Who doesn't love Lego? Well now you can use Lego Dots to create your own artwork using inks and a printing press! This is a fantastic, playful experience that is a perfect introduction to printmaking for children and adults alike.
This experience includes all materials and you can even print your own little paper bag to take all your printwork away with you. A gentle, inventive activity that you can settle into alongside your friends or little ones. Create individualised artwork to take away with you.
