We have a changing selection of yarn crafts at our Staple Hill studio, including beginner and improvers crochet, yarn dyeing, rag rugging and peg loom weaving. Browse our workshops and classes below.
Basket Weaving Workshops
​
Learn the ancient craft of basket weaving in our full day workshops. Make a berry basket, mini frame basket or foraging basket with leading expert weaver Mary Lewis and take home a beautiful handwoven basket to use at home or outdoors.​​

Rag Rug making
​
In this relaxed and creative beginners’ class, you will learn the traditional shaggy, short shaggy and loopy techniques of rag rugging into hessian, whilst making a project of your choice, (rug / cushion / everlasting flower bouquet/ tote bag)
Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to rummage in our treasure trove of fabrics and experiment with a wide range of different textures and colourways.
It’s a perfect day spent with like-minded crafters, all in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. £80
