Punch Needle Embroidery
Learn the skill of punch needling in a 2.5-hour beginner-friendly workshop with Kezy Mary Textiles where you will design and create your own punch needle linen canvas to hang in your home
- Learn how to punch needle, including expert tips and tricks to get a high-quality punch needle finish
- Learn a variety of punch needle techniques to achieve different effects
- All equipment and materials are included, as well as an endless supply of tea/coffee and cakes to fuel your crafting afternoon! £40

Weave a Cushion Cover

Under the expert tuition of professional weaver and textile designer Angie Parker, you will weave on a 50cm wide four shaft table loom.​ With access to a wide range of yarns, you can let your creativity run wild whilst learning a number of weave structures. The looms will be set up in preparation for this workshop and the day will be adapted to meet the requirements of each participant.

Rag Rug making with Ragged Life

A full-day workshop designed to give you all the skills you need to be able to start any rag rug project for yourself at home.  Learn the traditional shaggy, short shaggy and loopy techniques of rag rugging into hessian, whilst making a project of your choice.

Natural Yarn Dyeing with Local Wool

An introduction to the techniques and methods of natural yarn dyeing, and the vibrant colours that can be achieved through dyeing with responsibly foraged, home grown plants and food waste. You will leave with a variety of mini skeins of yarn naturally coloured with a range of hues, suitable for knitting, crochet, weaving or any other fibre craft. Yarn, materials and handouts are provided but please bring an apron, rubber gloves and a notebook. £60. Max 6 students per class.

Learn to Crochet
Beginner and Intermediate Sessions

Sophie from Lily & Litt is running crochet days ideal for beginners and those wanting to improve their skills. Morning sessions will start right at the beginning and afternoon sessions will follow on with different stitches, making granny squares and shaping. Both beginners and improvers workshops include all materials and tools you will need to take part in the class and take home to finish your project or start a new one. Refreshments also included. £40 for one session or £75 for both.

Make a Macrame Tea Light Hanger

Join Rosie and Karin to create 2 beautiful macrame tea light hangers. We will take you step by step through the process, you'll learn different knots and have a choice of coloured cord. These hangers can be used indoors and outdoors.

Macrame with Mindfulcraft

Join Karin and Rosie from Mindful Craft Bristol for a relaxing and nourishing 2.5 hour workshop to make macrame bunting for your home or garden. You will learn 3 different knots and we will provide you with enough cord to make 7 bunting flags.

The finished bunting is approximately 150cm in length and will look lovely on a wall, above a bed or as decoration in an outdoor space.  Email Mindfulcraftbristol@outlook.com to book. £35
