Come along and make something lovely for your home or garden. On the timetable for the next few months we have stained glass, fused glass, macrame, floristry, lampshade making and much more and we are always adding new classes.
Some classes are bookable on this website, otherwise follow the link to book direct with the teacher.
Make a unique feature for your home from your choice of fabric with Hannah Redden Textiles. Lampshade workshops take place on the last Thursday of the month from February. All sessions are 7-9pm

Make a Macrame Plant Hanger
or Macrame Hoop
Come and join MAKE Creative Workshops at Creative Space for a creative morning of macramé. In this 2.5 hour session, you’ll learn a variety of macramé knots giving you the skills to be able to make your own unique plant hanger or a hanging macramé hoop. £30 all materials provided

Beginners Punch Needle Embroidery
Needle punch or punch needle, is a modern take on a traditional craft now used to make a whole range of different modern textile items including wall hangings, cushion covers and bags. You will be taught how to use the needle and create different textures. Attendees will create their own punch needle hoop wall hanging from one of Sara’s designs or come with an idea of your own.

DIY Wedding Flower Workshop Day
A workshop for any bride or friend/relative of a bride looking to do their own wedding flowers.
With practical advice, inspiration and planning and hands-on practice, the aim is for you to leave the workshop confident that you can create beautiful floral designs fit for your big day. Bring any pictures or mood boards you already have or use our resources for inspiration. Tea, coffee and cake provided! £100

Weaving with Waste
In this one day course, you will learn how to weave using recycled materials, such as plastic packaging, baler twine, electric cables, old clothes - things which are about to be thrown away, but can be turned into a small bag, a table mat or an attractive wall hanging. The emphasis is on experimenting and having fun using unconventional materials. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced weavers. All equipment and materials are included with an option to buy the weaving frame, shuttle and pickup stick for £15 at the end of the session. £38.
Saturday 2nd May 10am-4.30pm
This taster fused glass workshop is for beginners and will give you a basic introduction of the techniques involved in kiln-formed glass.
During the 2 hour workshop you will create 2 coasters using pre-cut glass and glass accessories in an array of colours. You will also learn about ‘inclusions’ by adding some metal into your design. £40
