April specialises in Glass, focusing on Traditional Stained and Contemporary Fused Glass techniques. As an artist, April creates mixed media sculptures; inspired by day dreaming, the natural world, stories of the land and a call for social justice.

April has extensive knowledge in Glass, establishing her own workshop in 2018. She offers beginner workshops where you can learn the basics of glass cutting and designing your own glass mosaic panel. Her main aim is for her students to have fun, gain some confidence in a craft and leave with something uniquely beautiful.
